GENERAL

The following terms and conditions apply to any and every part of www.ismidaexportimport.co.uk You acknowledge that any use of this website, including any transaction you make is subject to our terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you visit www.ismidaexportimport.co.uk and by use of this website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

The prices displayed include VAT at current rate.

Goods remain the property of ISMIDA until payment is received in full.

All prices are excluded delivery charges.

Payment is made using PAYPAL(see payment section)

The price you pay is the price displayed on the website at time of order.

Any special offer can be withdrawn without notification.

Non EU customers are responsible for import duty/tax in their respective countries. Unfortunately, we can not advise you what these cost will be. Please consult your local customs office for more information.

You must pay for orders before it is delivered.

TRADE

By offering a trade discount, ISMIDA will aim to offer these goods for delivery as soon as possible by providing the BUYER with an expected lead time. At time unforeseeable incident result in a delay in delivering. Should this be the case, ISMIDA will not be solely responsible for that delay.

Once the trade order is in process, we can not cancel, stop or re-direct it to a different address. Refund are strictly not available on trade order.

The contractual agreement with a trade means that the BUYER will be fully responsible for the stock upon delivery. The payment is require up front before a trade order is processed. The payment is made by bank transfer. The BUYER will be advised of a tracking number for is order.

ISMIDA shall not be liable for any lost of business or mitigating circumstances due to the delay in delivery or cancellation of order. It is the trade responsibility if he chooses to sell items he does not have at hand.

DELIVERY

For security reasons, the products will be delivered at the address specify on the invoice.

Goods will be delivered within 10 working days.

However delay are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors such as: strike, product out of stock, ware, accident... ISMIDA shall be under no liability or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescale.

If you are not at home when your purchase are delivered, a non-delivery card will be posted through your letter box. You may then be required to collect the item yourself. If goods are returned to ISMIDA for fault of your own, you will be charged for a second delivery.

If products are out of stock or discontinued, you will be notified within 14 days of placing your order. Replacement product will be suggested or a refund will take place. No other form of compensation will be carried out, as ISMIDA accept no liability for failure to deliver the products.

LOST PRODUCTS

If products are not delivered within the estimated delivery time mentioned when placing your order, please contact us via email or letter. we will launch an investigation immediately. Please note that it take up to 21 days for an item to be classified as lost. If after 31 days you do not receive your order, ISMIDA will refund you.

DAMAGED PRODUCT

Goods must be inspected on delivery.

The delivery invoice has to be signed.

If the items are alleged to be damaged or defect on delivery, a description of the allege damage or defect must be mention in writing at the time of delivery and signed. Then the product has to be refused and sent back to ISMIDA for refund or replacement.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

All our products are backed by 14 days money back guarantee.

Your are entitle to return your product within 14 days.

If you decide to do so, you must notify it in writing( email or letter) within 7 days of receipt. All returns must be returned in their original packaging and condition within 14 days.

Payment for returned goods will be refunded within 30 days of goods being received by ISMIDA. The full refund will be the full price of product at the time of purchase.

We are unable to refund postage charges.

For any returned item requiring it to be "as delivered", no part of the packaging should be removed or damaged. For hygiene reasons, we can only offer refunds on products that have not been opened, worn, tampered with.

For your own protection, we advise you to use special or recorded delivery to return items.

We respect your privacy. Any and all information collected on this site will be kept confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed or loaned. Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.
